On Saturday, February 6, 2010, at 4:25PM, Troopers arrested Donald J. Guess, age 47, of 15 Southmere Road, Mattapan, MA for: 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. The subject submitted to a Breathalyzer Test and the results were as follows: Phase I .085 and Phase II .090. This arrest was the result of a 911 call and a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released on Personal Recognizance to a family member.
On Sunday, February 7, 2010, at 12:15AM, Troopers arrested William A. LUCAS, age 27, 18 Lenox Avenue, West Warwick, RI on an Affidavit & Arrest Warrant from the Wickford Barracks for: 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order, Obstruction, and 2.) A 6th District Court Capias for Failing To Appear for the charge of Domestic Disorderly. This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted with the West Warwick Police Department. Subject was processed at the Wickford Barracks, then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution’s Intake Center.
