Governor Lincoln D. Chafee today directed that Rhode Island and U.S. flags remain at half-staff for the remainder of the day to honor the memory of Massachusetts National Guard Specialist Dennis C. Poulin of Cumberland, who was laid to rest this morning.
Flags may be raised to full-staff beginning tomorrow morning, Friday, April 15, 2011.
