The Kent County Grand Jury handed up an indictment on June 14, 2011 charging Steve Yuettner with one count of first degree child molestation and two counts of second degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about the dates between September 1, 2010 and February 1, 2011, Yuettner sexually molested a person 14 years of age or under. The alleged molestation took place in Warwick and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation.
Yuettner is currently being held without bail in violation of a previous charge (K1-2005-0720A). A determination of Attorney is scheduled for July 5, 2011, a pre-trial conference scheduled for July 11, 2011 and the violation hearing is also scheduled for July 11, 2011. All hearings will take place at Kent County Superior Court.
