ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 1:50 PM Trooper arrested Paul A. Ortega, age 31, of 173 Laurens Street, Cranston, RI for a Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Child Support Payments. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the ACI Intake Service Center.
ARREST LOCATION: CRANSTON
At 2:30 pm, Trooper arrested Jason Derobbio, age 30, of 42 Congretional Street, Bristol for a Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Fines on an Original Charge of 1.) Driving Under the Influence and 2.) Reckless Driving originating out of the Portsmouth Police Department. Arrest was the result of Trooper Vasconcelos responding to the Adult Correctional Institute for a party in their custody with an active court warrant. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the ACI Intake Service Center.

At 2:50 pm, Trooper arrested Adam Colbert, age 21, of 218 Roger Williams Avenue, Providence on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on September 2, 2011. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the ACI Intake Service Center

At 11:36 pm, Troopers arrested Mario R. Rodrigues, age 54 of 52 Malbone Street, Providence for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation Hearing on the original charge of Fraudulent Checks from East Providence Police and 2.) a 6th District Court Warrant for Driving with a Suspended License from North Providence Police. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on West River Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the ACI Intake Service Center.
