The Kent County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Geoffrey Kiff with one count of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about October 28, 2010, Kiff molested a person 14 years of age or under, with the molestation being in the first degree.
The alleged event took place in West Warwick and the West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Kiff is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on November 4, 2011. He is currently being held without bail as a probation violator.
