Secretary of State Mollis, RIEDC Offer Free Workshop on Websites

PROVIDENCE, RI -- Business owners can go back to school this fall with a free workshop on website development offered by Secretary of State A. Ralph Mollis and the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (RIEDC).

“We're giving small business the tools they need to prosper in today's economy. This help will position them to increase profits and attract new customers,” said Mollis.

Gil Lantini of Focus Business Solutions will present “Websites 101” Thurs., Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at RIEDC, 315 Iron Horse Way, Ste. 101, Providence. The seminar is co-sponsored by the Greater Cranston Chamber of Commerce and the North Central Chamber of Commerce.

The workshop will review the ins and outs of developing your company’s first website, registering a domain name, promoting your website and analyzing web traffic.
