The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Christopher Swiridowsky with one count of kidnapping, three counts of first degree sexual assault, and one count of assault with intent to commit sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about the dates between October 27, 2007 and October 29, 2007, Swiridowsky forcibly kidnapped a woman, assaulted her with the intent to commit sexual abuse, and did sexually abuse her multiple times with the sexual abuse being in the first degree.
The alleged incident occurred in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Swiridowsky is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 8, 2011.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Isaic Relac with one count of first degree child molestation and assault with intent to commit first degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about the dates between August 1, 2011 and August 31, 2011, Relac assaulted and molested a person 14 years or under, with the molestation being in the first degree.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation.
