The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Robert Robinson with four counts of first degree robbery, conspiracy, use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm while commissioning a crime of violence, and possession of a firearm after a conviction of a crime of violence. The grand jury also reported out an indictment charging co-conspirator Lavell "Scratch" Poston with four counts of first degree robbery, conspiracy, use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and simple assault.
It is alleged that on or about October 18, 2011, Robinson and Poston conspired to commit robbery and did rob several individuals. Robinson, who was previously convicted of a crime of violence, and Poston used a firearm in the robberies. It is further alleged that Poston assaulted one of the robbery victims.
The alleged incidents occurred in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Robinson and Poston are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Associate Justice Robert D. Krause on January 27, 2012. Poston was previously waived out of Family Court to Superior Court on another matter. Robinson and Poston are currently being held without bail.

It is alleged that on or about September 14, 2011, DaCosta sexually assaulted a women multiple times, with the assaults being in the first and second degree.
The alleged assault took place in Cranston,. The Cranston Police conducted the investigation. DaCosta is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 8, 2012. He is currently being held without bail.

It is alleged that on multiples dates in 2007, 2010, and 2011, Rouse molested a child 14 years or under, with the molestation being in the first and second degree. Rouse was waived out of Family Court to be tried as an adult in Superior Court.
The alleged incidents occurred in East Providence. The East Providence Police conducted the investigation. Rouse is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 8, 2012. Rouse is currently being held without bail.

It is further alleged that Pestana assaulted a victim 14 years or under and an adult victim with the intent to commit molestation and sexual assault.
The alleged incidents occurred in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Pestana is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 8, 2012. He is currently being held without bail.
