ARREST LOCATION: LINCOLN
At 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Armen Dedeyan age 26, of 56 Cranberry Terrace, Cranston, RI, for 1.) Operating on a suspended license, and 2.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for FTA for Arraignment on an original charge of operating on a suspended license, originating out of Bristol PD. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Twin River Road. Subject was transported to the Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to 6th District Court for Arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: CRANSTON
At 9:00 PM, Troopers arrested Benjamin C. Abrahamson, age 34, of LKA 19 King Phillip Circle, North Kingstown, RI for 1.) Two counts of Assault, 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers investigating an incident that occurred at Harrington Hall. Abrahamson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at 3rd District Court.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 12:03AM, Troopers arrested John Degenova, age 26, of 121 Amanda Street, Cranston, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, 2.) Chemical Test Refusal. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Degenova was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned and released to the custody of his father.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 12:35AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Peterson, age 23, of 20 Grand Street 2nd Floor, Providence, RI for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear of an Ability to Pay hearing on an original charge of Obstructing a Police Officer out of the East Providence Police Department. Peterson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake.
