At 7:30 AM, Troopers arrested Trisha Richard, age 28, of 550 Long Street Warwick Rhode Island for 1.) 3rd District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Shoplifting out of the Warwick Police Department and 2.) 3rd District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on the Charge of Assault with Intent out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest the result of Troopers obtaining information that the subject was residing at this residence. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to 3rd District Court.

At 11:15AM, Troopers arrested Louise Prout, age: 43 of 48 Alton Street, Providence, RI 1.) a Providence Superior Court warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment trial on a Forgery and Counterfeiting charge originating out of Providence Police and 2.) a 6th District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for a Fugitive Review on a charge of Fugitive from Justice originating out of North Providence Police. Arrest result of a motor vehicle stop on Tobey Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.

At 11:15AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Prout, age: 42 of 35 Garfield Street, Central Falls, RI for a 6th District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for a Cost Review on a charge of Assault on a Officer with Injury originating out of Central Falls Police. Arrest result of a motor vehicle stop on Tobey Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to 6th District Court.

At 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Ricardo Lopez, age 45, of 45 Prospect Street Providence, RI for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods under 500 and 2.) Operating on a Suspended License. Arrest the result of motor vehicle stop on Service Road Seven in the City of Providence. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and transported to 6th District Court for arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 12:00 P.M., Trooper arrested Maria Ortiz, age 32, of 560 Prospect Street apartment #4, Pawtucket for 1) Domestic-Simple Assault, 2) Domestic-Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and 3) Domestic-Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a complaint initiated by the Capitol Police outside of Sixth Division District Court. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 1:30 PM, Troopers arrested Robert Hogan, age 31, of 26 Becker Avenue Johnston Rhode Island for 1.) Assault with Bodily Fluid 2.) Inmate Harassment Outside of a Correctional Facility 3.) Resisting Arrest and 4.) Disorderly Conduct. Arrest was the result of an investigation by Troopers after a complaint was made by the Sheriffs Department. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and arraigned at 6th District Court.
ARREST LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
At 4:00 P.M., Troopers arrested Joseph G. Sinotte, age 56, of 220 Taft Street, Apartment 3, Providence for 1) Obtaining Money under False Pretenses > $1000.00 and 2) a Providence Superior Court warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on an original charge of Unlawful Appropriation > $1000.00 out of the North Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of an investigation by Troopers and the Pawtucket Police taking custody of Mr. Sinotte. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Men's Intake of the Adult Correctional Institute after special arraignment. Mr. Sinotte was a Superior Court violator.
ARREST LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
On Friday, February 10 at 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Susan Lopes, age 25, of 205 Pleasant Street in Pawtucket for Simple Domestic Assault. Arrest was the result of a report of a rolling domestic on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket and a subsequent motor vehicle stop. Lopes was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
