ARREST LOCATION: Providence
On Febuary 9, 2012, at approximately 8:30 AM, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Scott DiPace, age 33, of 855 Atwells Avenue, 3rd floor, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following charge: Possession of Marijuana - subsequent offense. Mr. DiPace was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth District Court. He was arraigned before the Honorable Magistrate Joseph Ippolito, where bail was set at $1,000 with surety. The suspect was also presented as a probation violator in Superior Court. The arrest resulted from an investigation conducted by members of the Computer Crimes Unit. A Pre-Arraignment Conference was scheduled for April 12, 2012.

On February 9, 2011 at 2:30 PM Members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Michael Gamez, age 20, of 21 Primrose St., Providence, RI for 1) Possession of Crack Cocaine w/ Intent to Deliver, 2) Possession of Crack Cocaine, 3) Resisting Arrest, 4) Simple Assault on a Police Officer. Arrest resulted from an investigation by the HIDTA Task Force. Mr. Gamez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and arraigned by Justice of the Peace Muksian. Mr. Gamez was held without bail and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute, Intake Service Center.
