On Friday, February 10, 2012, at 8:00AM, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes, and uniform members of the Woonsocket Police Department arrested Ronald Philbrick, age 26, of 167 Rathbun Street, 2nd floor, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on the following charge: Possession of Marijuana - First Offense. Mr. Philbrick was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth District Court. He was arraigned before the Honorable Magistrate Joseph Ippolito, where he entered a plea of Not Guilty and was released on $5000 personal recognizance. A Pre-Trial date was scheduled for February 24, 2012. This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Computer Crimes Unit.

On February 10, 2012, at 10:00AM, ACI Detectives presented inmate Kyle Ellis age 23 of (LKA) 52 Grove Street, Lincoln, RI, as a Fugitive from Justice from Massachusetts for Larceny over $250. This was a result of complaint filed by Worcester County Court House. Inmate Ellis was arraigned in 3rd Division Court before the Honorable Judge Woodcock-Pfeiffer, waived extradition and was remanded back to the ACI pending the arrival of the Massachusetts authorities.
