ARREST LOCATION: Providence
At 9:00 AM, Troopers arrested Samuel J. Judd, age 24, of 265 Massachusetts Avenue, Providence, RI for 1.) a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on an Escape by Inmate charge originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, 2.) a 6th District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Failure to Pay on a Receiving Stolen Goods charge originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and 3.) an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of Providence Police Department for Domestic Assault and Failure to Relinquish a Telephone. Arrest was the result of a 911 call for a verbal dispute on Route 95 North in the City of Providence and subsequent investigation. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
ARREST LOCATION: CRANSTON
At 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Fernando Garcia, age 38, of 23 Parker Street Central Falls RI for 1.) Providing False Documents to a Public Official and 2.) Immigration Detainer. Arrest was the result of investigation at the Registry in the City of Cranston. Subject transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 11:50 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua Dejesus, age 19, of 161 Sisson Street in Providence for 1.) Possession of Cocaine, 2.) Operating on a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Dejesus was transported to the barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a bail violator.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 2:48 AM Troopers arrested William Robles, age 21, of 246 Washington Street in Central Falls for 1.) Duty to Stop in Accidents resulting in Personal Injury, 2.) Driving Under the Influence/First Offense – BAC 0.10 - 0.15 (Phase I - 0.102, Phase II - 0.106). 3.) Eluding. Arrest was the result of Troopers witnessing a car vs. pedestrian motor vehicle accident on Thurbers Avenue and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Richardson Street in the City of Providence. Robles was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and held overnight, pending morning arraignment.
