ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 10:20 A.M., Troopers arrested Terrence A. Davis, age 23, of 97 Lenox Avenue, Providence on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License by the Johnston Police Department. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Clarkson Street in the City of Providence. The subject was processed at Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Sixth Division District Court.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 10:25AM, Troopers arrested Cle Ceyphes, age: 42 of 39 Steele Avenue, Warwick, RI for 1.) Resisting Arrest and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. Arrest result of complaint filed by the Sheriff's Office at 6th District Court and subsequent investigation. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods barracks for processing and later arraigned at 6th District Court.

At 11:15AM Troopers arrested Emile M. Cooper, age 43, of 102 Providence Street, Woonsocket, RI for a 6th District Court for Failure To Appear for an Ability To Pay Hearing for the charge of Violation of a No Contact Order, originating from the Woonsocket Police Department. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and turned over to 6th District Court. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Harold Valle, age 21, of 20 Park Street, Johnston for a 3rd District Court warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on an original charge of Operating with a Suspended License. Arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. Valle was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and released.
ARREST LOCATION: CRANSTON
At 3:40 PM, Troopers arrested Juan Mendoza-Bautista, age 37, of 65 March St. Providence, RI for 1) Filing a False Document with a Public Official and 2) Immigration Detainer. The arrest was a result of the D.M.V. Enforcement contacting the barracks to advise that their department had a subject in custody for passing the fraudulent documents. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and then turned over to the ACI Intake Center.
ARREST LOCATION: WOONSOCKET
At 8:30 PM, Troopers arrested Gamaleil Santiago, age 31, of 295 Moran Heights, Woonsocket for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Lincoln Woods Barracks for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Operating with a Suspended License, 2.) Providence Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on the original charge of Driving without Consent and 3.) 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for ATP on the original charge of Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Woonsocket Police Department. Santiago was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barrack and held overnight pending arraignment at 6th District Court.
