At 2:30 PM Troopers arrested Jezebel Zuleta, age 38, of 2425 Mendon Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island for Domestic-Simple Assault. Arrest was the result of Capitol Police taking Zuleta into custody after an assault that occurred outside of Family Court. Zuleta was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future Sixth District Court date.
At 10:30 PM Troopers arrested Lisa Gale, age 22, of 28 Rochambeau Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Possession of Marijuana-1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lubec Street in the City of Providence. Gale was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a Sixth District Court date.
At 11:05 PM Troopers arrested Kerry Parham, age 51, of 48 Liege Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Drugs/Alcohol-First Offense BAC Unknown 2.) Driving After Denial/Suspension/Revocation of License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Silver Spring Street in the City of Providence. Parham was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment.
At 2:00 AM Troopers arrested Linda Serpa, age 48, of 564 Main Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on an original charge of Conspiracy originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a suspicious person check in the area of Pine Street in the City of Pawtucket. Serpa was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute.
At 7:00 AM Troopers arrested Ryheem Dardy, age 21, of 26 Ingleside Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island on a 3rd District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on an original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Dardy was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
At 7:00 AM Troopers arrested Robert Borders, age 28, of 16 Wood Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Possession of Marijuana. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Borders was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
