On March 16, 2012, Randall J. Nilon, age 43, was arrested on the charge of Obtaining Money Under False Pretense O/500. The arrest was the result of a complaint filed by the Department of Labor and Training and a subsequent investigation, where it was determined that Nilon had collected a total of $12,475.00 in unemployment benefits to which he was not entitled. Nilon was arraigned before a Bail Commissioner and released on $10,000 Personal Recognizance.
