ARREST LOCATION: CUMBERLAND
At 2:00 P.M., Troopers arrested Diana Mendez, age 33, of 954 Mendon Road, Cumberland for 1) Obtaining Money under False Pretenses over $500 and 2) Forgery/Counterfeiting. The arrest was the result of an investigation at the Barracks. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and was transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
At 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested John Petronsky, age 26, of 67 Lydia Street Providence, RI for a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V out of Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lonsdale Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
ARREST LOCATION: PAWTUCKET
At 11:45 PM, Troopers arrested Edwin Munoz Rosado, age 29, of 292 Lowden Street Pawtucket for 1.) A Sixth District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an Obstruction charge originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. 2.) Operating on Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a Signal 10 investigation in the City of Pawtucket. Munoz Rosado was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to the ACI Men's Intake Facility.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Sao Te, age 39, of 39 Payan Street, West Warwick for 1.) A Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on the original charge of Operating on Suspended License out of Cranston Police Department. 2.) A Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Operating on Suspended License out of State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. 3.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on Non Payment of Child Support. Sao Te was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to the ACI Men's Intake Facility.
