Raymond Marr, DOB: 7/19/80 713 Washington Street Coventry, RI P1/12-1211A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Raymond Marr with two counts of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about the dates between April 1, 2009 and May 31, 2009, Marr molested a child 14 years old or younger, with that molestation being in the first degree. The alleged molestation took place in Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Marr is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 2, 2012. Marr was released on $10,000 surety bail with a no contact order with children under 18 years of age.
Anthony Fernandes, DOB: 2/17/87 66 Kendall Street Central Falls, RI P2/12-1212A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Anthony Fernandes with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, a knife, in a dwelling and one count of simple assault and battery.
It is alleged that on or about December 11, 2011, Fernandes assaulted an individual with a knife with the intent to murder him. It is further alleged that Fernandes did commit an assault and battery upon the individual.
The alleged incident took place in Central Falls. The Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Fernandes is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 2, 2012. He is currently being held without bail.
Joshua Pirri, DOBL 10/31/87 55 Washington Street Warren, RI P2/12-1213A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment today charging Joshua Pirri with three counts of burglary, five counts of breaking and entering, once count each of larceny under $500, conspiracy, possession of cocaine, and simple assault.
It is alleged that on several occasions between July 2, 2011 and October 1, 2011, Pirri burglarized three homes and broke into five other homes in Warren. It is further alleged that stole from an individual a wallet with a value less than $500, conspired with another individual to receive stolen goods, was in possession of cocaine, and assaulted an individual.
The alleged incidents took place in Warren. The Warren Police conducted the investigation. Pirri is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 2, 2012. He is currently being held without bail.
Carter Lee, DOB: 12/21/91 12 Alton Street Providence, RI P2/12-1214A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Carter Lee with one count of first degree robbery and conspiracy. It is alleged that on or about November 11, 2011, Lee conspired with an unnamed co-conspirator to rob an individual, and did rob this individual.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Lee is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 2, 2012. He is currently being held without bail.

Gregorio Cruz, DOB: 12/15/93 34 Croyland Road Providence, RI P2/12-1215B
Julian Balbi, DOB: 8/12/91 32 Croyland Road Providence, RI P2/12-1215C
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out indictments charging Richard Lara and Gregorio Cruz each with one count of kidnapping, two counts of conspiracy, ten counts of first degree sexual assault, and one count of video voyeurism. Julian Balbi was indicted on one count of kidnapping, one count of conspiracy, seven counts of first degree sexual assault and one count of video voyeurism.
It is alleged that on or about the date January 2, 2012, Lara, Cruz and Balbi kidnapped a woman and sexually assaulted her multiple times. It is further alleged that Lara and Cruz used an imaging device to record and store visual images of the victim without her knowledge or consent.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. Lara, Cruz and Balbi are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 2, 2012. All three are currently being held without bail.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out indictments charging Gerard Donley, Donna Uhlmann and Jamaal Dublin, along with a co-conspirator not charged in the indictment, with obstructing or impeding due administration of justice, conspiracy to obstruct the judicial system, bribery of a witness and conspiracy to bribe a witness.
It is alleged that on or about days between December 6, 2011 and March 7, 2012, Donley, Uhlmann and Dublin conspired to obstruct or impede the due administration of justice, and conspired to bribe a witness. It is further alleged that Donley, Uhlmann and Dublin bribed a witness and in doing so, did obstruct justice.
The alleged events took place in Providence and Bristol Counties and the Providence Police conducted the investigation.
Donley and Uhlmann were arraigned at 2:00 p.m. today in front of Justice Robert D. Krause in Providence Superior Court, and a warrant was issued for Dublin. Bail for Donley and Uhlmann was set at $50,000 personal recognizance. Additionally, the defendants were ordered to relinquish their passports. Donley and Uhlmann waived extradition and were processed by the Providence Police Department.
