On April 18, 2012, members of the Major Crimes Unit and the Scituate Barracks arrested Dawn Utting, age 44, having a last known address of 1B Union Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following offenses: 1) Reporting of Certain Death Required; 2) Reckless Driving; and 3) Operating on a Suspended License. Ms. Utting was arraigned and held as a probation violator at the ACI overnight pending a formal arraignment in Third District Court.
