At 9:00 PM, a trooper arrested Eric Serabian, age 24, of 24 Buffalo Avenue, Warren for a 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay on a Suspended License charge originating out of the Warren Police Department and 2.) Operating after Suspension. Arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Serabian was processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released from the barracks with a future date to appear at Third District Court, Warwick.
At 12:15 AM, troopers arrested Nicholas Tallo, age 19, of 5 Shari Drive, Johnston for Possession of Marijuana(1st Offense). Arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street in the Town of West Warwick. Tallo was processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released from the barracks with a future court date at Third District Court, Warwick.
At 6:30AM, a trooper arrested Shawn M. DeOliveira, age 34, of 46 Brow Street-Apt# 2N, Fall River, MA for Eluding-High Speed Pursuit. Result of a pursuit/investigation from April 26th, 2012, and the subject turning himself into the barracks. Mr. DeOliveira was processed and transported to 4th DC, Wakefield to be arraigned.
