At 8:30 AM, Trooper Dacruz arrested George H. Carle, age 39, of 52 Owen Avenue, Pawtucket, RI for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Burrillville Police Department. This arrest was the result of a hit and run accident investigation and Trooper checking the residence of the registered owner. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
At 9:45 AM, Trooper arrested Robert C. Reading, age 38, of 4551 Peppergrass Street, Middleburg, FL for 1.) Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department, 2.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Non Support, 3.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review for the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- 1st Offense originating out of the State Police Lincoln Barracks, and 4.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the Town of Johnston. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 2:02 PM, Troopers arrested Marcos A. Colon, age 22, of 231 Terrace Avenue, Cranston, RI for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on the charge of Domestic Vandalism originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Colon was transported to Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
At 2:02 PM, Troopers arrested Evonna J. Malave, age 19, of 49 Constitution Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Malave was transported to Headquarters, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Peletier, and released.
At 2:10 PM, Troopers arrested Andrew Tackus, age 27, of 903 Providence Place, Providence, RI for Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense). Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the Town of Johnston. Tackus was transported to Headquarters for processing, then was released after being special arraigned by Justice of the Peace Peletier.
At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Rady Martinez, age 28, of 351 New York Avenue, Providence, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Fairmount Street in the City of Woonsocket. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.

Desimone Jr., age 33, of 2 Brenda Drive, Johnston, RI for 1)Possession of a Controlled Substance-Schedule III (Suboxone) 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance-Schedule I (Heroine) 3) Driving in Possession of a Controlled Substance 4) Operating on a Suspended License. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwood Avenue, in the Town of Johnston. Desimone was transported to Headquarters, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Peletier and released.
