At 4:04 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Martinez, age 35, of 167 Harrison Avenue, Woonsocket, RI for 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Attorney General's Required 32 (F) for Violation of Probation on a charge of Domestic Felony Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 99 in the Town of Lincoln. Martinez was transported to Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 4:45 PM Troopers arrested Damian Crisafulli, age 56, of 79 Hopkins Avenue, Johnston, RI on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of Rhode Island State Police Headquarters for Violation of a No Contact Order. Arrest was the result of an investigation by Trooper McTaggart of a complaint made to the barracks. Crisafulli was transported to Headquarters, processed, and then held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third District Court.
At 11:55pm Troopers arrested Bonita Barbour age 33 of 38 Putnam Street, Providence RI on a 6th DC Capias for Failure To Appear for Ability To Pay Hearing on a charge of Resisting Arrest originating with the Providence Police Department. Result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Barbour was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned, and released after posting cash bail in front of Justice of Peace Raspallo.
At 11:55pm Troopers arrested Michael P. Watts age 37 of 19 Vandewater Street, Providence RI on an Affidavit and Arrest warrant out of Providence PD for Domestic Failure to Relinquish Telephone. Result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Watts was processed at State Police Headquarters then turned over to the Providence Police Department.
