At 10:13 AM, Troopers arrested Jeffrey Pratt, age 44, of 66 Elm Street, Brockton, Massachusetts on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department on an original charge of Forgery. Result of checking a disabled motor vehicle on Ten Rod Road in the Town of Exeter. Pratt was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 4:55PM, Troopers arrested Mandy L. Hancock, age 24, of 54 Rocliffe Street, Fall River, MA for Possession of Marijuana-1st Offense. Result of a motor vehicle stop by Sgt. Flood on Route 95 in the Town of Hopkinton. Ms. Hancock was returned to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released after posting bail pending a future 4th DC court date.
At 4:55, Troopers arrested Geraldine Gelardi, age 57 of 128 Mohawk Avenue, Warwick, RI for Driving Under the Influence (Phase 1 - .140 Deficient Sample, Phase 2 - .127 and Phase 3 - .127 BAC). Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in the Town of West Warwick. Mrs. Gelardi was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, appeared before a Justice of the Peace, and was released after posting bail pending a future 3rd District Court date.
