At 1:15 AM, Troopers arrested Miranda Ryan, age 20 of 219 of Kelley Boulevard, North Attleborough, MA for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor-First Offense-.15/Greater (Phase I-.213/ Phase II-.207). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation located Route 95 south in the City of Warwick. Ryan was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and later arraigned by Justice of the Peace Robinson before being released into the custody of a family member.
At 2:38 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Castillo, age 24, of 112 Hawkins Street, Providence, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from North Smithfield Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
