On July 25, 2012, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Timothy Kempf, age 34, of 15 Ward Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following offenses: 1) Possession of Child Pornography; 2) Transfer of Child Pornography; and 3) Possession of Marijuana - First Offense. Mr. Kempf was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Sixth District Court. He was arraigned before the Honorable Magistrate Ippolito and released on $20,000 Personal Recognizance, with special conditions concerning computer use and contact with minors.
On July 25, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jonathan Castro, age 31, having a last known address of 635 Elm Street, 1st Floor, Woonsocket, RI, as a result of a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear as a violator on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana - Subsequent Offense. Castro was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Superior Court officials.
