On Tuesday July 31, 2012 at 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Mary Robinson, age 58, of 45 Batterson Avenue Apt. B, Westerly, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and then transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Tiandra Cuthbert, age 33, of 657 Chalkstone Avenue, Apt 2, Providence, RI for 1.) Driving Without/Expired License and 2.) Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Hopkinton Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and later released.
At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Matthew Simmons, age 29, of 709 Academy Avenue, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in the Town of Coventry. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released.
