ARREST LOCATION: SMITHFIELD
At 2:24 PM, Troopers, arrested Joanne L. Vadeboncoeur, age 51, of 15 Handy Road, Blackstone, MA, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs—1st Offence B.A.C. Unknown (blood). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident (roll-over) on Route 295 South in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment. The subject consented to have blood draw and was later arraigned by Justice of the Peace Raspallo at the Hospital. The subject was given a future Third District Court arraignment date to appear for re-arraignment.
ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE
At 12:58 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph DiRaimo, age 27, of 42 Auburn Avenue, Johnston, for 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance (Schedule IV — Clonazepam) and 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance (Schedule IV—Alprazolam). Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

At 12:58 AM, Troopers arrested Matthew Parrillo, age 29, of 29 Auburn Avenue, 1st Floor, Johnston, RI for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear Pre-Arraignment Conference originating from the Johnston Police Department on an original charge of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
