At 10:30 AM, a trooper arrested Michael Mitchell, age 24, of 203 Shannock Village Road, Shannock for a Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Westerly Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of Hopkinton. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and later transported to Fourth District Court.
At 1:30 PM, a trooper arrested Robert Paolissi, age 21, of 3 Jenks Rd Foster on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on a charge o Driving Under the Influence originating out of Foster Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Rd. in the Town of Exeter. Robert Paolissi was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed. Robert Paolissi was able to post bail and was released.
At 12:08AM, troopers arrested Justin Durda, age 21 of 71 Oak Street Ashaway for 1.) Driving Under the Influence- BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. Arrest was the result of troopers investigating a rollover motor vehicle accident on Route 3 in the Town of Exeter. Durda was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and later released to the custody of a friend.
