At 5:30 PM, troopers arrested Jesse Plourde, age 26, of 753 Ten Rod Road, Exeter for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of troopers responding to the subject's residence to investigate a report of an altercation. Mr. Plourde was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released pending a future court date at 4th Division of the District Court, Wakefield.
At 5:30 PM, troopers arrested Chris Collins, age 38, of 753 Ten Rod Road, Exeter for Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the subject's residence to investigate a report of an altercation. Mr. Collins was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, appeared before a bail commissioner, and was released pending a future court date at the 4th Division of the District Court, Wakefield.
At 2:14 AM, troopers arrested Emily Doran, age 20, of 34 Crawford Street Apartment #2, West Warwick on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a well being check on a female road walker on Brookside Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. Doran was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
At 3:50 AM, troopers arrested Jeffrey A. Jozsa, age 26, of 39 Broad Street Ext. A4 Apartment #7 Groton, CT for Driving Under the Influence-1st Offense BAC .15 or Greater. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of Richmond. Jozsa consented to a Breathalyzer Test at the Hope Valley Barracks. The results of the test were as follows: Phase I-.183 & Phase II-.175. Jozsa was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
