On Monday, September 17, 2012, at 1:30 PM a Trooper arrested Jerry Coleman, age 47, of 415 Friendship Street, Providence, RI for a Parole Board Detention Warrant for Violation of Parole. This arrest was the result of the Parole Board contacting the Lincoln Woods Barracks to advise they had Mr. Coleman in custody at the Pinel building in the City of Cranston. Mr. Coleman was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
On Monday, September 17, 2012, at 5:00 PM Troopers arrested Harold Alicea, age 23, of 123 Arnold Street, Woonsocket, RI for: 1.) Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order. This arrest was the result of a complaint lodged by the Capital Police and a Trooper responding to the J. Joseph Garrahy Complex. Subsequently, Troopers responded to Mr. Alicea's residence in the City of Woonsocket where he was placed under arrest. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, held overnight as a bail violator and arraigned in Sixth District Court in the morning.
On Monday, September 17, 2012, at 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested Tanya Silvestri, age 31, of 9 Violet Street, Johnston, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a charge of Driving After Suspension of License that originated from the Rhode Island State Police – Scituate Barracks. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. Mr. Silvestri was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center
