At 9:57 AM, Trooper arrested Faye Ann Reels, age 37, of 13 Suffolk Street, Providence, RI, for 1) Driving After Suspension of License and a 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense out of the Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence.
