At 10:45PM, troopers arrested Even J. Stern, age 49, of 725 Branch Avenue-Apt. 327, Providence for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-IV (Oxycotin) and 2.) Driving While in Possession of a Controlled Substance. Arrest was the result of an E-911 call for an erratic operator to the Wickford Barracks and troopers subsequently stopping the suspect vehicle on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at 4th DC, Wakefield.
