Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:56 AM Troopers arrested Marino Beltre, age 42, of 645 Cranston Street Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference for the original charge of driving without a license originating out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. Beltre was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed then transported to Third District Court.

At 2:21 PM Troopers arrested Alicia Barber, age 24, of 23 Windmill Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay for the original charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the North Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Cranston. Barber was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later released after posting the required surety bail.

At 3:27 PM Troopers arrested Zuleine Levy, age 32, of 501 Reservoir Avenue, Apt. 8, Cranston Rhode Island on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 north in the City of Cranston. Levy was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and then transported to the Adult Corrections Intuition Women's Intake Center.

At 10:40 PM Troopers arrested Kristin Frazier, age 22, of 26 Blanding Road, Rehoboth, Massachusetts on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay for the original charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Cranston Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. Frazier was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later released after posting the required surety bail.
