On Wednesday October 3, 2012, At 2:45 PM, a Trooper arrested Kathleen Mayer, age 41, of 18 Fairview Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving on a Suspended License from the West Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later released by a Justice of the Peace after posting the required surety bail.
On Wednesday October 3, 2012,At 11:15 PM Troopers arrested Michael Doyle, Age 32, of 755 Wakefield Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-Drugs (> .15 BAC) – First Offense, 2.) Eluding, 3.) Disorderly Conduct, 4.) Resisting Arrest. The Chemical Test Results are as follows: (Phase 1 .204 and Phase 2 .196) The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Route 95 north in the City of Warwick for a road rage incident. Upon Troopers arrival Doyle fled the scene and was pursued into the City of Cranston where he was apprehended. Doyle was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and was later transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was held overnight pending morning arraignment.
On Thursday October 4, 2012, At 2:29AM Troopers arrested Ashley Choiniere, age 22, of 12 Set Sun Drive, Hope, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-Drugs BAC Unknown / First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to motor vehicle accident on the Airport Connector. Choiniere was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for her injuries where she was misdemeanor released.
