At 6:00PM, Troopers arrested Keena L. Silvia, age 30, of 15 Wild Berry Drive, Cranston, RI for 1.) 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of OSL originating out of RISP – Scituate. Arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Tower Hill Road. Subject was returned to the Wickford Barracks for processing and later turned over to Adult Correction Institution's Women's Intake Center.
At 11:30 PM Troopers arrested John Cole, age 40, of 2 Cattail Lane, North Kingstown, RI for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Forgery and Counterfeiting out of North Kingstown Police Department, 2.) Operating on a Suspended License. Cole was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correction Institution's Men's Intake Center.
At 12:30 AM Troopers arrested Kevin Holmes, age 22, of 17 Ottowa Drive, Warwick, RI on 1.) No Contact Order out of Sixth District Court, 2.) Active Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of Coventry Police Department for Simple Assault/Violation of No Contact Order, 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay originating out of Johnston Police Department and 4.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Fines on the original charge of Domestic-Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. Arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Holmes was held at the Wickford Barracks pending morning arraignment.
