At 10:00 AM, Troopers arrested Walter P. Carpenter, age 43, of 2280 Nooseneck Hill Road, Coventry, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of the Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Carpenter was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed then transported to Third District Court.
At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Roman, age 22, of 12 State Street, Apt. H, North Kingstown for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on an original charge of Larceny under $1500 out of the Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in East Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released after posting the required bail.
At 11:15PM, Troopers arrested Claude H. Hogue III, age 24, of 15 Tanglewood Drive West Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on the original charge of Domestic Vandalism out of West Warwick Police Department. Arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Troopers responding to the subject's residence. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 1:30AM, Troopers arrested Tremaine McDuffie, age 24, of 1291 Douglas Avenue Providence, RI for a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Technical Violation on the original charge of Domestic Willful Trespassing out of Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pond Street in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
