At 9:40 AM, Troopers arrested Robert A. Zanni, age 33, LKA of 27 Webber Avenue Cranston, RI as Fugitive from Justice on a Larceny from a Building charge originating out of Attleboro Police Department. This arrest was the result of information received at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and subsequent motor vehicle stop of Zanni's vehicle on Concord Street in the City of Pawtucket. Zanni was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed then turned over to Sixth District Court where he waived extradition.
At 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested David Tejeda, age 28, of 177 Laban Street Providence, Rhode Island on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Conference on the original charge of Breaking & Entering/Domestic originating out of the Cumberland Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 south in the City of Providence. Tejeda was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed then turned over to Superior Court for arraignment.
At 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Omar Rodriguez, age 34, of 36 Hadwin Street, Central Falls, RI for 1.) 6th District Court HWOB warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana originating out of the Central Falls Police Department and 2.) Superior Court Full Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on an original charge of Possession of Cocaine originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dearborn Street at Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Rodriguez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the Adult Corrections Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 2:35 PM, Troopers arrested Lvette Rodriguez, age 26, of 16 Ruggles Street Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving Without a License originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ellery Street in the City of Providence. Rodriguez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before Justice of the Peace Lennon and released.
At 2:51 PM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Brackett, age 20, of 34 North Sharon Street, East Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 north in the City of Warwick. Brackett was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before Justice of the Peace Finnegan and released after posting surety bail.
At 3:30 PM, Troopers arrested Pedro Lopez, age 35 of 86 Sylvian Street, Central Falls for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order 2.) Operating without a License and 3.) Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Domestic Simple Assault 3rd Offense originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor Vehicle stop on Goff Street in the City of Pawtucket. Lopez was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending his arraignment in 6th District Court.
At 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested William Combies, age 50 of 11 Thornton Street, 3rd Floor, Pawtucket for Indecent Exposure Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a report of a subject exposing himself in the Lincoln Woods Park on 10/3/2012. Combies was placed into holding room processed and held overnight pending his arraignment in 6th District Court.
At 7:37 PM, Troopers arrested Yomaiky Rosario, age 20, of 274 Hartford Avenue apt. #1 Providence, RI for Possession of Marijuana. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. Rosario was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Finnegan and released.
At 8:42 PM, Troopers arrested Dean Sherman, age 26, of 28 Old Mountain Road, South Kingstown, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on the original charge of Domestic Vandalism originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the City of Providence. Sherman was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed before being turned over to the Adult Corrections Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Chanuom Pan, age 34, of 86 Ellery Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs. At 12:56 AM Phase I .380 BAC % and at 1:03 AM Phase II .387 BAC %. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue at Althea Street in the City of Providence. The motor vehicle stop and subsequent investigation occurred after a vehicle driving on two flat tires nearly struck the rear of a marked State Police Cruiser. Upon approaching vehicle, Troopers observed two young children ages 3, rear seat, and 4, front seat, that were unrestrained. The Department of Children, Youth and Families were advised and responded to the Lincoln Barracks to conduct an investigation. Pan was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed before being transported to State Police Headquarters where she was held pending a morning Sixth District Court arraignment.
At 2:20 AM, Troopers arrested Lindsay Fabian, age 24, of 145 Chestnut Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. Fabian was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed before being special arraigned by Justice of the Peace Finnegan and released.
