At 8:00 PM, Troopers arrested Daniel Crowley, age 65, of 168 Royal Avenue, Cranston, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs1st Offense—BAC Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. Arrest was the result of an investigation of a motor vehicle accident on Hartford Pike in the Town of Scituate. Crowley was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed. Crowley was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Catalano and released on personal recognizance
