On Saturday October 6,2012 At 5:10 P.M, Troopers arrested Michael Mirabile, age 26, of 760 East Street, Mansfield, Massachusetts for: 1.) Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, and 2.) Obstruction of Justice. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street at Pumagansett Street in the City of Providence.
On Saturday October 6,2012 At 4:27 P.M., Trooper arrested Charles A. Smith, age 28, of 1125 West Shore Road, Warwick, R I on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct by the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Allens Avenue in the City of Providence.
On Saturday October 6,2012 At 11:33 PM, Troopers arrested Terence G. Flynn, age 56, of 2001 Elmwood Avenue Apartment #2, Warwick, RI for the charge of Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Harrington Hall for a report of an unwanted and disorderly party.

Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - First Offense - BAC-Unknown; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 East in the City of Providence.
