At 1:36PM, troopers arrested Amanda Pelletier, age 28, of 38 Hornet Rd North Kingstown for a 3rd District Superior Court Warrant for failure to appear for cost review. The original charge was for Possession of Schedule IV Drugs by East Greenwich Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Tiogue Ave. in the Town of Coventry. Ms. Pelletier appeared before a bail commissioner and was released from the barracks.
At 12:02 AM, troopers arrested William Pitocchelli, age 31, of 20 Marion Avenue Coventry for Driving Under the Influence .15 or greater – 1st Offense (Phase 1 –. 150, Phase 2 - .150 BAC). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Pitocchelli was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Suvardi, and released to the custody of his father, with a future Fourth District Court date.
At 12:33 AM, troopers arrested Zachery Montijo, age 20, of 50 Murray Street Coventry for Driving Under the Influence .10-.15 1st Offense (Phase 1 –. 111, Phase 2 - .109 BAC). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on West Warwick Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. Mr. Montijo was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight to await transport to Third District Court for arraignment.
