At 2:00PM Troopers responded to 3rd. District Court, Warwick, and arraigned David W. Steger, age 37, of (LKA) 41 Chiswick Road, Warwick, RI., on a court issued bench warrant for the charge of FTA / Possession of Marijuana. The warrant was the result of a 2011 Hope Valley Barrack arrest. Mr. Steger was held without bail on unrelated Domestic Assault charges from Warwick PD and held at the ACI pending his Nov. 7, 2012 Violation Hearing.
At 10:35 PM, Troopers arrested Miguel Rosario, age 27, of 96 Burns Street, (Apt.2B) Providence, RI., for 1) a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay Fines on an original charge of Operating While License Suspended out of the Providence Police Department and 2) Operating While License Suspended. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 95 North in the town of West Greenwich. Mr. Rosario was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and held overnight pending his arraignment in the morning.
