At approximately 7:30 AM, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/ Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Juan C. Santiago, age 34, of 38 Bellevue Avenue, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Transferring of Child Pornography and 2.) Possession of Child Pornography. Juan Santiago was arraigned before the Sixth District Court and bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance with the following special bail conditions: 1) No contact with children under the age of 18; and 2) No use of the Internet, to include social networking sites. This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Computer Crimes Unit.

At approximately 10:00 AM, Detectives charged inmate Danielle Bello, 37, of lka: 17 Central Avenue East Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New York. Inmate Bello was presented before the Third District Court where she waived extradition to New York. Inmate Bello was remanded to the Gloria McDonald Women's facility to await the New York authorities.

At approximately 10:30 AM, Detectives charged inmate Jamal Rogers, 19, of lka: 558 River Avenue Woonsocket, Rhode Island, with Assault with Bodily Fluids while incarcerated. Inmate Rogers was presented before the Third District Court where no plea was entered on the felony charge. Judge Houlihan set bail at $5,000 personal recognizance. Inmate Rogers was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institution.
