At 10:33PM, troopers arrested Aulbrey D. Tefft III, age 32, of 1766 Ten Rod Road, Exeter for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, 2.) Chemical Test Refusal. This arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a car versus pole motor vehicle accident on Ten Rod Road in the Town of Exeter. Tefft was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 1:35AM, troopers arrested Leeann T. Charpentier, age 43, of 68 Boston Street, Coventry for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Arnold Road in the Town of Coventry. Charpentier was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she consented to the Breathalyzer Test. The results were as follows: Phase I: 0.89 and Phase II: 0.87. Charpentier was processed at the barracks, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Scott, and released.
