Final Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported October 26, 2012)

Edward Coral-Diaz (DOB: 11-26-79) 610 Pint Street Central Falls, RI P1-2012-2987A

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Edward Coral-Diaz with one count of first degree child molestation and one count of second degree child molestation.

It is alleged that on or about August 14, 2012, Coral-Diaz molested a person 14 years or under, with the molestation being in the first and second degree.

The alleged incident took place in Central Falls and the Central Falls Police handled the investigation. Coral-Diaz is currently held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 14, 2012.

Jonathan Martinez (DOB: 11/4/93) 79 Miller Avenue Providence, RI P1-2012-2988B

Breiddy Perez Rodriguez (DOB: 3/12/94) 137 Atlantic Avenue Providence, RI P1-2012-2988C

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jonathan Garcia, Jonathan Martinez and Breiddy Perez Rodriguez each with one count of first degree robbery, one count of breaking and entering with the intent to rob, and one count of conspiracy. In addition, the Grand Jury indicted Garcia on one count of possession of marijuana.

It is alleged that on or about July 27, 2012, Garcia, Martinez and Perez Garcia conspired to commit robbery. It is further alleged that the three broke into an apartment and committed robbery. Upon arrest, it is alleged that Garcia was in possession of marijuana.

The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. All three are currently held without bail and scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 14, 2012.
