On November 5, 2012, at 9:00 AM, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Henry Javier GABRIEL, age: 38 of 279 Chad Brown Street Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Identity Fraud, 2.) Obstruction, 3.) Superior Court Bench warrant for failure to appear for a trial on an original charge of possession with intent to deliver 1 ounce to 1 kilogram of cocaine and 4.) Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for re-entry after deportation. Henry Javier GABRIEL was arraigned in 6th District Court and held without bail.
On November 5, 2012, at 2:30 PM, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Angel Aponte, age 34, of 119 Lincoln Avenue, Central Falls, RI, on a Providence Superior Court warrant for Failure to Appear on a Larceny charge. Angel Aponte was turned over to Providence Superior Court officials.
