At 9:14 AM, Troopers arrested Milton G. Sican, age 27, of 86 Fairview Street Apartment 2, Providence, RI, for 1) Driving After Suspension of License and a 2) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence BAC .10—.15 out of State Police—Chepachet Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Fairview Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and turned over to Sixth District Court.
At 12:09 PM, Troopers arrested Maritza Ortiz, age 43, of 9 Appleton Street Apartment 1, Providence, for 1) Driving Without a License and a 2) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License out of State Police—Chepachet Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Appleton Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and turned over to Sixth District Court.
At 2:20 PM, Troopers arrested Reinol Guerrero, age 41, of 206 Armington Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1) Fraudulent Checks--Over $1000 and 2) Fraudulent Checks—Under $1000. The arrest was the result of a Fraudulent Checks investigation at the Rhode Island State Police Headquarters and Troopers responding to the subject's residence at 206 Armington St, Cranston where the subject was placed in custody without incident. The subject was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.
At 4:33 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua R. Andrews, age 32, of 202 Maplecrest Drive, Pawtucket, RI, for a 1) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charges of Domestic Simple Assault out of the Johnston Police Department and a 2) Family Court Bench Warrant with a Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear—Non Support. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 8:08 PM, Troopers arrested Mario Torres, age 29, of 70 Academy Avenue Apartment 3, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of State Police Scituate Barracks. Arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the subject's residence of 70 Academy Ave., Providence after it was determined that the subject had an active warrant for not appearing for arraignment on a prior Scituate Barracks arrest for Operating with a Suspended License. The subject was transported to State Police Lincoln Barracks, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 3:30 AM, Troopers arrested Pasha Love, age 25, of 41 Ontario Street, Apartment 16, Providence, RI for a 6th District Court Capias for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
