on Saturday November 10,2012 At 12:10 pm Trooper arrested Andrew C. Keenan II, age 26, of 102 Wilcomb Road Johnston, RI for 1.) Third District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on a domestic disorderly conduct charge originating out of Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of the Lincoln Woods Barracks receiving a telephone call from the Capitol Police located at the J. Joseph Garrahy Complex indicating that they had a male subject with an active warrant in custody.Keenan was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
On Sunday November 11,2012 At 2:10 AM Troopers arrested Andrew Turmel, age 30, of 30 Ash Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, BAC Unknown-First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. Arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held, pending morning arraignment.
On Sunday November 11,2012 At 2:30 AM, Troopers arrested Patrick Cardoso, age 30,of 7 Hamilton Street, Brockton, MA for Disorderly Conduct. Arrest was the result of an investigation of a road rage incident which took place on Route 95 North, in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held, pending morning arraignment.
