On Tuesday November 13, 2012, At 4:22 PM, a Trooper arrested Richard Narvaez, age 43, of 159 Greely Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Narvaez was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of The Peace, and released after posting the required surety bail.
On Tuesday November 13, 2012, At 9:20 PM, a Trooper arrested Marvin Diaz, age 44, of 175 Finch Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a the charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks, 2) Family Court Bench Warrant for Reciprocal Body Attachment, and 3) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Narvaez was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Intake Center.
On Tuesday November 13, 2012, At 10:42 PM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Barrientos, age 20, of 88 Chestnut Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1) Operating with a Suspended License and 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Intake Center.
