On November 13, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged Joseph J. Santos, age 27, having a last known address of 160 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with being a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Santos was wanted by the North Attleboro Police Department on a default warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Possession of a Burglarious Instrument and Larceny Over $250/two counts. Santos appeared before the Honorable Judge Pirraglia in Third Division District Court, where extradition proceedings were waived. Santos was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.
