On November 15, 2012, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Seth M. McGovern, age 36, of 16711 Paxton Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois, for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses/Over $500. McGovern was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned before the Honorable Associate Judge William C. Clifton in Sixth Division District Court and released on $ 10,000 personal recognizance with a signed waiver of extradition.
On November 15, 2012, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/ICAC Task Force arrested Roy Wood, age 63, of 60 Cushman Street, Pawtucket, RI, for Possession of Child Pornography. Wood was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Sixth District Court and released on $10,000 personal recognizance with special bail conditions to include no Internet access and no contact with children.
On November 15, 2012, members of HIDTA arrested Robert Ciaramello, age 25, of 167 Borden Avenue, Apt 2, Johnston, RI, for the following: 1) Possession of Schedule I (Ecstasy); and 2) Possession of Schedule III (Vicodin). Ciaramello was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released on $1,000.00 surety bail.
On November 15, 2012, members of HIDTA arrested Victor Estrada, age 30, of 77 Verdale Avenue, Providence, RI, for the following: 1) Sixth District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Suspended License; and 2) Affidavit & Arrest Warrant from Providence Police for Failure to Appear on a charge of Domestic Assault. Estrada was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to the ACI Intake Service Center.
On November 15, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jamaal Dublin, age 29, of 143 Lawrence Avenue, Cranston, RI, for the following: 1) Resisting Arrest; 2) Providence Superior Court Warrant for Obstruction of the Judicial System; 3) Providence Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a violation hearing on a charge of Possession of Schedule I-V; 3) Providence Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a violation hearing on a charge of Driving to Endanger/Death Resulting; and 4) Providence Superior Court Warrant/AG's Request for Bail Jumping.
On November 15, 2012, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Sherry J. Montenegro, age 58, of 20 Miles Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Schedule I & II); 2) Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Schedule III & IV); and 3) Possession of Marijuana. Montenegro was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and held overnight at Headquarters pending an arraignment in Sixth District Court.
